Utility payments such as water, sewage, garbage, electricity, gas, cable, etc. will be made directly to the utility provider when possible.
If a utility is shared throughout a household and cannot be separately billed by the utility provider, then that utility payment must be made to Trinity Villas directly upon receipt of the invoice issued by Trinity Villas. For example, if a two-unit property has only one water meter, Trinity Villas will split the monthly balance issued by the utility provider and invoice a portion of the balance to each tenant. Common examples of this type of situation are water/sewage, garbage removal, etc.
